Bio: Crawford Jordan is the Director of Client Growth at Grey Search + Strategy, where he brings more than 25 years of experience in business development, recruiting, marketing and leadership. With a background that spans advertising, executive recruitment, and entrepreneurial ventures, Crawford helps organizations grow by connecting them with top-tier talent for key leadership and high-impact roles. A former Division 1 football captain and graduate of the University of Minnesota’s School of Journalism, Crawford combines competitive drive with a relationship-first approach to client service. Before joining Grey, he built a successful full-desk recruiting practice and held leadership roles across several innovative companies, always with a focus on helping people and businesses reach their full potential. Outside of work, Crawford is deeply involved in the community, having served on nonprofit boards and coaching youth and semi-pro football, as well as track & field. He and his wife Sarah live in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and are the proud parents of two Division 1 track & field student-athletes, Devin and Vanessa. When he's not at a track meet or in the stands cheering on the Gopher football team, you’ll likely find Crawford enjoying lake life on the boat with family and friends — or lounging with their two cats, Carrie and Miranda.

Bio: Fueled by her passion for authentic engagement and servant leadership, Michelle Nauertz loves connecting people to deliver solutions and fulfill the needs of her clients. Proactive by nature, she’s got a knack for spotting what needs to get done and moving the solution forward – often before being tasked with the assignment. As a Client Solutions Director at Brillect, she leans on her critical skillset of asking engaging questions, collaborating, and actively listening to bring forward the best talent solutions for her clients. Prior to joining Brillect, Michelle spent nearly 14 years in investment equity banking, followed by 10 years in sales, sales operations, reporting analytics, and senior program management positions.
