The Manufacturer of the Year Conference is an annual event organized by the Manufacturers Alliance, a Minnesota-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting continuous improvement within the manufacturing sector. This conference honors manufacturers that exemplify excellence in operational performance and openly share their improvement experiences with peers in the industry.

The conference not only celebrates award recipients but also provides networking opportunities and breakout sessions focused on best practices in manufacturing.
