Darrell Thompson

Darrell Thompson

President | Bolder Options

Darrell Thompson has served with Bolder Options for 29 years, becoming a key figure in Minnesota’s youth development circles. Bolder Options, originally founded by the Minneapolis Jaycees, is a youth mentoring program that pairs at-risk youth aged 10-14 with adult mentors to promote active lifestyles and healthier choices. Under Darrell’s leadership, Bolder Options has grown significantly, serving over 4,500 youth annually in the Twin Cities and Rochester, MN, with a success rate 36% higher than the national mentoring average. Darrell, now President of Bolder Options, also serves on various boards, including the NFL Retired Players Association and Twin Cities Public Television. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and riding his Peloton. Darrell is also a Gopher Game Day announcer on KFAN.

Director of Outreach & Engagement | MEI-Total Elevator Solutions

As the Director of Outreach & Engagement at MEI-Total Elevator Solutions, Coralyn Musser leads corporate philanthropy, volunteer programs, and community connections, driving year-over-year growth in volunteering, charitable donations, and employee engagement. She is also the founder of INSIGHT|ENGAGE, offering keynotes and workshops on employee engagement and leadership. Coralyn holds an MBA, hosts a women’s leadership podcast, and is a former TEDx speaker. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her family, DIY projects, and attending live music and comedy shows.

Employment Program Manager | Oasis for Youth

Alexie has been the Employment Program Manager with Oasis for Youth since April of 2022. Oasis' partnership with Mall of America launched in 2016 and focuses on supporting team members aged 16 - 24 with basic needs such as food and hygiene items as well as job coaching and soft skill building directly on site at Mall of America. Alexie has over a decade of knowledge with Mall of America across multiple levels and departments working directly with frontline team members. Alexie is extremely passionate about guiding youth along their individual journeys for them to become their best selves. She believes in leading conversations with empathy, honesty, and an open mind.
